Working in both sales and administration for an award winning web design company, Bea gained a firm knowledge of the potential of web based applications. With that information and experience, she moved on to work for a womens health and nutrition corporation, where she honed her skills inprogramming and design while developing her training and support abilities.

Bea came from The Arizona Institute of Natural Medicine, where she was the Systems Administrator. At the same time, she was the Office Manager for the sister company Vital Formulations.

Bea leverages her understanding of technology and her ability to relate to any computer user skill level from complete novices to the most extreme power user to optimize the training integration process for ZipChart clients. Bea is also charged with client technical support.
